IAE decided that we would progressively build our website from a standard type marketing tool and evolve the site into an automated fully featured on-line paperless office administration tool for our Field Service Technicians and customers.Now all IAE service vehicles are equipped with ruggedized mobile iPads that are permanently connected on-line to our web server hosting a back end database. Staff use the iPads in the field to fill in IT ZAP customised Work Forms on-site that immediately update our back office database. The paperless system also instantly sends details of each completed job by email to both IAE and the relevant customer. In addition, our staff can query, recall and download any job history using the simple database search feature. Our customers are also impressed that they can log-in, look up and download work history for their company vehicles anytime desired; an on-line service our competitors do not offer.Our website does a lot more than we can detail here.
