Industrial Automotive Electronics is a field service company that provides onsite electrical services to the heavy haulage and petrochemical industry.
We first approached IT ZAP to assist us with the development of a company website and to setup our domain name, etc. From day one IT ZAP have made what we thought was going to be a complex project into a seamless transition and a very professional website.
When IAE first started working with IT ZAP, we expected a lot. IAE decided that we would progressively build our website from a standard type marketing tool and evolve the site into an automated fully featured on-line paperless office administration tool for our Field Service Technicians and customers.
Now all IAE service vehicles are equipped with ruggedized mobile iPads that are permanently connected on-line to our web server hosting a back end database. Staff use the iPads in the field to fill in IT ZAP customised Work Forms on-site that immediately update our back office database. The paperless system also instantly sends details of each completed job by email to both IAE and the relevant customer. In addition, our staff can query, recall and download any job history using the simple database search feature. Our customers are also impressed that they can log-in, look up and download work history for their company vehicles anytime desired; an on-line service our competitors do not offer.
Our website does a lot more than we can detail here. But this is a huge thank you to IT ZAP for a fantastic job. Gary just made automating our office systems very easy, saving IAE time and money.

Gary designed our new website after I tried to save money using an on-line build your own system, HA HA.
