Login to Webmail using any web browser

When away from the office you can still Login to Webmail and access your email messages using any web browser. All you need is a desktop computer or mobile device with internet access.

Open your web browser and follow these steps

1. Open the Excel Workbook I provided you with named “... Confidential Website Login Details.xlsx” and click “Email Addresses”.
2. Note the Webmail Login URL listed there, open your web browser and go to that address.
3. (Recommended) You may like to Bookmark this Webmail Login URL in your browser Favourites bar.
4. Enter your Email Address and Password, then click the “Log In” button.
5. Next you will be presented with a choice of 3 Webmail Applications. I highly recommend “roundcube” as best of all. But do try the others if you like. It is easy to switch between those applications.

Configuring “roundcube”

If you intend using Webmail regularly, then it is worthwhile going through the various settings and configuring those as you prefer. Start by clicking the “Settings” Cog Wheel at top-right. Here are the settings I selected for “roundcube”.
